AKRAYA CHAT — PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHO WE ARE

Akraya Chat ("Akraya", "we", "us") is a free AI companion service
available at akraya.club. The service is operated by Zsolt Zografidis,
based in Greece.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect as little as possible. Here is what we may process:

  - Chat messages you send during an active session
  - Your temporary session ID (randomly generated in your browser)
  - Your IP address and approximate country, provided automatically
    by your connection through Cloudflare's infrastructure
  - Browser type, device type, and timestamps for security purposes
  - Voice recordings, only if you actively use the voice feature
  - Any message you send to us at info@akraya.club

We do not collect your name, email address, or any account details.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.


3. HOW CHAT MEMORY WORKS

Your conversation is held in temporary memory for the duration of your
session. Sessions expire automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
We do not store your chat messages in a permanent database.

Because the service runs on Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare's own
infrastructure logs may exist independently under Cloudflare's terms.
We do not control those logs.


4. AI MODEL AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Responses are generated by Cloudflare Workers AI using the
Mistral 7B Instruct model. Your messages are processed on
Cloudflare's infrastructure to produce a response and are not
used to train AI models.

5. LOCATION DETECTION

When a crisis is detected in a conversation, Akraya may use the country
code provided by Cloudflare's network headers to suggest relevant
emergency phone numbers. This uses only the two-letter country code
(e.g. GR, US, GB) — not your city, address, or precise location.
No location data is stored or shared with any third party.


6. THIRD-PARTY SCRIPTS

The Akraya page loads the following external resources:

  - Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — for typography
  - A session management script from akrayachat.pages.dev

These may process your browser's IP address in transit. We do not use
Font Awesome or other CDN icon libraries.


7. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We share data only where necessary:

  - Cloudflare — infrastructure, routing, and security
  - Law enforcement or courts — only when legally required

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.


8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  - Access personal data we hold about you
  - Ask us to correct or delete it
  - Object to or restrict processing
  - Complain to your local data protection authority

To exercise any right, email info@akraya.club. EEA and UK users may
also contact their national supervisory authority.


9. CHILDREN

Akraya Chat is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not
knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child
has used the service, please contact info@akraya.club.


10. SECURITY

All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Chat data is stored only
in temporary memory and is not written to disk or a persistent database.
No internet service is 100% secure, but we keep the attack surface small.


11. CHANGES

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and post
the new version at akraya.club. Significant changes will be noted
prominently.
