AKRAYA CHAT — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT

By using Akraya Chat at akraya.club ("the Service"), you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Zsolt Zografidis, based in Greece
("Akraya", "we", "us"). Contact: info@akraya.club


2. WHAT AKRAYA IS

Akraya Chat is a free AI companion. It is designed to help you
talk through how you are feeling, think things through, and feel
heard.

Akraya is NOT a human, therapist, psychologist, doctor, lawyer,
financial adviser, or emergency service. AI responses may be
inaccurate. Do not rely on Akraya alone for medical, mental-health,
legal, or financial decisions.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact your
local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.


3. WHO CAN USE THE SERVICE

You must be 18 or older to use Akraya Chat. The Service is not
directed at children. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe
this requirement is not met.


4. WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO

You may use Akraya for lawful personal conversations.

You must not:

  - Use the Service for illegal, abusive, threatening, or
    discriminatory activity
  - Attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
    or its infrastructure
  - Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  - Use the Service to create or distribute malware
  - Exploit or endanger children in any way
  - Bypass safety controls or usage limits


5. YOUR CONTENT

You are responsible for what you send. We do not claim ownership of
your messages. By sending a message you grant us the limited rights
necessary to process it and generate a response — nothing more.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or government ID
numbers through the chat.


6. THE AI MODEL AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Responses are generated using Cloudflare Workers AI (Mistral 7B
Instruct). The Service runs on Cloudflare's global infrastructure.
Your use of the Service is also subject to Cloudflare's terms:

We do not use your chat content to train AI models.


7. PRIVACY

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy at
akraya.club. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.


8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access to protect the Service or its
users, or to comply with applicable law. Access may be restricted
based on IP address, security signals, or abuse indicators.


9. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no
warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
AI output can be wrong. Always use your own judgment.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for
fraud, gross negligence, or rights that cannot be waived by law.


11. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date will reflect
any changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means
you accept the revised Terms.


12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. EU and UK consumers
retain any mandatory rights and remedies under the laws of their
country of residence.
